Louvain-la-Neuve (not to be confused with Louvain, the French name for Leuven) can be reached from Brussels in half an hour, in some cases without changing trains. If you are coming from Namur or Charleroi, you will have to change trains at Ottignies. If coming from Luxembourg, get off at Ottignies (if your train
is coming from Switzerland, you will have to change in Namur). Timetables are available from the SNCB Website or by telephone : 02 555 25 25. Coming out of the train station, turn left and follow the Rue des Wallons to the end. Continue to walk uphill and cross Place Galilée, which runs into the Place des Sciences (wooden square). Cross or walk along the left side, or on the right side next to the Sainte Barbe auditoria. This will bring you to Place Sainte Barbe. The Vinci building will be in front of you. Enter the patio, turn left, go through the door in front of you and take the stairs up one floor. Open the door in front of you and turn left. You will arrive at Architecture and Climate.

You will see on a large-scale or local map that the E 411 Brussels-Namur motorway runs close to Louvain-la-Neuve (not to be confused with Louvain, the French name for Leuven). Leave the motorway at exit 8a. When you arrive at the roundabout on the N4, follow signs for "Quartier du Biéreau", on the left. At the second the roundabout, turn right onto the Boulevard Baudouin 1er. Then take the first turn to the right (Avenue G. Lemaître) and then the first left (Avenue Th. Schwann). Then follow signs for "P10". Parking lot 10 is located opposite the main entrance to the Vinci building. To find the Architecture and Climate unit, cross the main lobby located in front of you and then turn left. Go through the wood and glass door, and you're there !
